Saif Kabir brings over 25 years of expertise across the Fixed Income landscape, spanning Credit, Rates, and FX. He has held senior leadership roles at top-tier institutions, including serving as CEO and Head of Fixed Income at Morgan Stanley India for over 12 years.

Saif’s career also includes key positions in the Fixed Income divisions of Standard Chartered Bank and Kotak Mahindra Bank, where he worked across Indian and global debt markets.

Before joining Polestar Capital, he led the Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team at ITI Gilts, with a focus on special situations, high-yield and structured credit trades, securitizations, and traditional corporate advisory mandates.

His core expertise lies in structured credit, securitization, and high-yield debt across diverse market segments. Renowned for his market insight and deal-making expertise, Saif excels in building institutional relationships and structuring sophisticated credit solutions.

He holds an MBA in Finance and a bachelor’s degree in science.
